Settings

The company settings pages, who can edit them, and what other users see.

Settings holds your own profile and the settings your whole company shares: company details, users, vendors, margins and proposal defaults. Company admins set these up. Everyone else can look at most of them.

Open Settings

  • Click Settings in the main menu and pick a page, or
  • Click the person icon at the top right, then Profile and settings.

The left side of the Settings area lists the pages in two groups, Personal and Company.

Who can change what

  • Company admins can change every company page.
  • Everyone else can open the company pages and see what is saved, but can't change anything. Most pages say Only company admins can make changes to this page.
  • Seller margin schedule shows only for company admins at companies set up as sellers (companies that sell parts to other companies through BidUnity).
  • On the Calendar page, anyone can connect their own Google Calendar. Only company admins can change the calendar colors.
