Write terms and conditions

Write your proposal terms and use placeholders in them.

Who can do this: Company admins. Everyone else can read the terms but can't change them.

Your terms and conditions are the contract wording that goes with each proposal. BidUnity copies them into every new proposal, and your client reads them on the Terms & conditions tab of the online proposal page.

To open the page, go to Settings and click Terms & conditions.

Edit your terms

  1. Click Edit terms.
  2. Write or change your terms in the editor. Use the toolbar to format text and add headings, tables and links. You can use up to 100,000 characters.
  3. Click Save changes.

To stop without saving, click Cancel. If you made changes, BidUnity asks Discard changes?: click Discard changes to confirm, or Keep editing to go back to the editor.

Use placeholders

Placeholders are words in curly braces that BidUnity swaps for real details when your client views the terms. Type them exactly as shown, braces included. The Dynamic values in the terms box on the page lists them too.
