See your schedule

The SCHEDULE tab lists the schedule events you are assigned to for today. These are the events your company adds on the web, in the company calendar or on a project's schedule. See Use the company calendar and Schedule project work.

Each event shows:

• When it runs, such as a start and end time, All Day, or All day today for an event that started before today and ends after it.
• The project name.
• The location, if the event has one.
• "Clocked in since" and a time, on the project you are clocked in to.
• A note icon, if the event has notes.

If you have no events today, the tab says "You have nothing scheduled for today!" Ask whoever schedules your crew to add you on the web.

Tap an event to open the Scheduled Job screen. It shows:

• The project name. Tap it to open the location in your phone's maps app.
• The date and time.
• The location. Tap it to open it in your phone's maps app.
• The event's notes. If it has none, you see Notes and "None".

At the bottom:

• Clock In shows when you are clocked out. See Clock in.
• Clock Out shows when you are clocked in to this project. See Clock out.
• If you are clocked in to a different project, there is no button. Clock out of that project first.
