Review your shift history

See your shifts from the last 30 days, check where you clocked in and out, and fix today's times.

Who can do this: Anyone signed in to BidUnity Mobile.

The HISTORY tab lists your shifts from the last 30 days, newest first. Pull down on the list to refresh it.

Read the list

Shifts are grouped by day. Each day's header shows the date and your total hours that day, such as "8 hrs".

Each shift shows its start and end time and the project. A shift you are still on ends in NOW.

An icon next to a shift shows where you were when you clocked in and out:

IconWhat it means
Green targetYou were near the jobsite both when you clocked in and when you clocked out.
Orange map pinYou were away from the jobsite both times.
Orange half-filled circleYou were near the jobsite one time and away the other, or only one of the two has a location, such as a shift you are still on.

If a shift has no icon, BidUnity couldn't compare your location with the jobsite, for example because the project has no jobsite location.

If you have no shifts in the last 30 days, the tab says "You have no shifts in the last 30 days".

See a shift's details

Tap a shift to open Shift Details. It shows:

  • The project.
  • The Start time and End time, each marked "(onsite)" if you were near the jobsite, or with how far away you were. A shift you are still on says "Shift is still ongoing".
  • The Length of shift in hours.
  • Whether the shift is approved, and if so, when and by whom. Otherwise it says "Shift is not approved yet".
  • Start location and End location. Tap one to see where you were on a map in your phone's maps app, next to the jobsite when the project has a location.

Fix today's shift times

You can correct the start or end time of a shift from today that isn't approved yet.

  1. On the HISTORY tab, tap the shift.
  2. Tap Start time or End time. A pencil icon shows the times you can change.
  3. Set the right time.
  4. Tap Save changes. To undo your edit instead, tap Cancel.

You can change the end time only after the shift has ended. While you are still clocked in, you can also fix both times on the Clock Out screen (see Clock out).

The change is recorded in the shift's history on the web timesheets.

When you can't change a time

"You can only change times for today's shifts"The shift is from an earlier day. Ask a Timesheet Admin (a work role) or a company admin to correct it on the web.
"You cannot change the end time for an ongoing shift"You are still clocked in. Clock out first.

For how approval and corrections work on the web, see Review and approve timesheets and Add and edit shifts.
