While you're clocked in

While you are on a shift, the TIME CLOCK tab shows:

• "Clocked in" and the time your shift started.
• The project name and address.
• CURRENT SCOPE & ACTIVITY: the proposal, scope of work and activity you are on. This shows only when all three are set.

A scope of work is one part of a proposal's work, such as one storefront or window system. An activity is the kind of labor you are doing, such as shop or field labor.

Change your activityCopy Anchor Link

Use this when you move to a different kind of work within the same scope of work.

1. On the TIME CLOCK tab, tap Change Activity.
2. Pick the new activity from the list. Activities are grouped under SHOP LABOR, FIELD LABOR and OTHER LABOR, and each one lists the tasks it covers.

The switch happens as soon as you pick. Tap Cancel to close the list without changing anything.

Change your scope of workCopy Anchor Link

Use this when you move to another proposal or scope of work on the same project, or when you clocked in without choosing one.

1. On the TIME CLOCK tab, tap Change Scope. If you haven't picked a proposal, scope of work and activity yet, or your scope of work has no activities, the button says Change Scope of Work.
2. On the Change Activity screen, pick the proposal, the scope of work and the activity.
3. Tap Start Activity.

The app shows "Getting your location..." for up to 10 seconds while it records where you are.

Your shift is linked to an activity only when you pick all three. Tap Cancel to go back without changing anything.

Tap Open project in browser to open the project in BidUnity inside the app. You may be asked to sign in.

Switch to another projectCopy Anchor Link

You can't move a shift to another project. Clock out, then clock in to the other project. See Clock out and Clock in.
