Clock out

Clock out when you finish work for the day or before you move to another project.

Clock out of your shiftCopy Anchor Link

1. On the TIME CLOCK tab, tap Clock Out. You can also tap Clock Out on the Scheduled Job screen for the project you are clocked in to.
2. Check the Start time and End time. The end time is now. To fix a time, tap it and set the right time.
3. If you were hurt during the shift, turn on Injury and enter who you reported it to under Injury Reported To.
4. Optional: under Accomplishments, enter what you got done.
5. Tap Clock Out.

If you turn on Injury, you must fill in Injury Reported To. Otherwise the app shows "You must report the injury before clocking out."

To go back without clocking out, tap Cancel.

What happens nextCopy Anchor Link

• The app shows "Getting your location..." for up to 10 seconds while it records where you are. If your phone can't share a location, you are still clocked out.
• If you didn't change the end time, your clock-out time is the moment BidUnity receives it.
• The app returns to the TIME CLOCK tab, which shows "You are clocked out".
• Your shift, injury report and accomplishments show on the web timesheets. If you changed a time, the change is recorded in the shift's history and the shift is marked as modified, so whoever reviews your timesheets can see it. See Review and approve timesheets.

If you forgot to change a time, you can still fix today's shift from the HISTORY tab until it is approved. See Review your shift history.

If you are still clocked in after the day your shift started, BidUnity clocks you out automatically shortly after midnight. The end time comes from your schedule for that day, or 5:00 PM if you had no schedule events. To get the time corrected, ask a company admin or a user with the Timesheet Admin work role. If you already clocked outCopy Anchor Link

If you clocked out somewhere else, such as on the web Time clock, the Clock Out screen says "You are not clocked in". Tap Go Back.
