- On Your vendors, type in Search vendors... to narrow the list. The table shows each Vendor and its Website.

The vendor page
A vendor page has four tabs.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Vendor systems | The vendor's product systems, with Vendor system, System type and Created by. Systems shared by BidUnity show Bid Unity as the creator. Click a system to open it. |
| Parts | The vendor's parts, with Part, Part number, Product group, Account name and Purchase type. Use Search parts... to find a part, or Filter by product group to show one group (All product groups shows all). Click a part to open it. |
| Product groups | The vendor's product groups and your company's Multiplier for each one. |
| Overview | The vendor's General info (Website, Email, Phone, Fax) and Contacts. |
A product group multiplier turns a list price into your cost. For example, if a part's list price is $100.00 and the multiplier is 0.500, your cost is $100.00 × 0.500 = $50.00.
Look up a part and its prices
- Open the vendor and go to the Parts tab.
- Click the part.
The part page shows:
- Part info: the Supplier, Part number, Purchase type, Account (the expense account the part is counted under in cost summaries), Product group multiplier, and whether the part is cut to order.
- Prices: one row per finish, with Finish color, Finish type, List price, Multiplier and Your price. Your price is the list price times your product group multiplier. If your company has no multiplier for the group, a multiplier of 1 is used here. A row marked with an icon is using a custom list price for your company.
- Similar parts: the same part sold by other vendors, with Vendor and Part number.
