Projects
How a project holds your proposals, contracts, files and field work.
A project is one job at one work site. It holds everything about that job in one place: its proposals, contacts, files, photos, notes, field reports, schedule, contract terms, change orders, billing, procurement and tasks.
Estimators and project managers create projects and price the work in them. Field/shop workers can open only the projects they are scheduled for in the calendar.
A project moves through a few statuses as the work goes on. It starts as Request for Pricing, moves to Contract Review when the customer awards a proposal, and becomes Completed when you close it.
