Task activity report

Completed and current tasks per user for a date range.

Who can do this: Everyone in your company. The report covers the active users in your company.

Use this report to see how many tasks each person closed over a period, how they were rated, and how much each person has on their plate right now. To learn how tasks work, see Tasks.

  1. Click Reports, then Task reports.
  2. On User activity report, click View report.
  3. Pick a Start date and an End date. The report starts with the last month, up to today.
  4. Click Apply filter.
  5. To include people who have no tasks at all, turn on Show all users (including those with no tasks).
  6. Click a column heading to sort by it. Click it again to reverse the order.

The end date can't be before the start date. If it is, you see "End date must be after start date".

What the report shows

Completed tasks covers the tasks each person closed between the start and end dates.

Early, On time, LateThe completed tasks, split by the result recorded when each task was closed.
TotalEvery task the person closed in the date range. This includes tasks closed by sending them back, so it can be more than Early, On time and Late added up.

Current tasks covers each person's open tasks right now. It doesn't change with the dates you pick.

ColumnWhat it shows
TotalOpen tasks assigned to the person, plus unassigned open tasks for their work roles.
OverdueThose open tasks whose due date has passed.

If no one has task activity in your dates, you see "No task activity data available for the selected date range." If the report can't load, click Retry.
