Company bidding activity

How many projects each estimator bid on, and the size of their bids, for a date range.

Who can do this: Company admins and users with the Timesheet Admin work role.

Use this report to see who on your team is bidding, on how many projects, and for how much. It covers the projects your company created in the dates you pick.

  1. Click Reports, then Company bidding activity.
  2. Pick a Start date and an End date. The report starts 30 days before today and ends today.
  3. Click Apply filter.

Under the dates, the report says which projects it covers, for example "Projects created from Oct 1, 2026 through Oct 31, 2026." Both dates are included.

What the report shows

Each row is one estimator. The busiest estimators come first.

ColumnWhat it shows
EstimatorThe person who finalized the proposals.
Projects bidHow many projects count for this person. See Which bids count.
Proposals per projectThe average number of finalized proposals above $0 on those projects, whoever finalized them.
Median bidThe middle value of this person's bids: half their bids are higher and half are lower.
Average bidTheir bids added up, divided by Projects bid.
Total bidTheir bids added up.

A bid is a proposal's proposed value, before sales tax.

Which bids count

  • Only finalized proposals with a proposed value above $0 count. Rejected proposals still count if they were finalized.
  • Only projects created between the start and end dates count, whenever their proposals were finalized.
  • Each project counts once, for whoever finalized its highest proposal. If two proposals tie for highest, the one finalized most recently decides. So an estimator who finalized the top bid on a colleague's project gets the credit for it.
  • That project's highest proposal is the bid used in Median bid, Average bid and Total bid.
