Packing Lists

Print out different packing lists based on how you are shipping or assembling your systems.

There are three different types of packing lists that can be generated based on how you may assemble and ship your product systems.

• Stock Material Packing List

• Cut Size Packing List

• Assembled Frame Packing List

Note that glass is not listed on packing lists. Use the separate glass lists for the glass sizes.

Stock Material Packing List

This is for shipping all parts in stock form, where nothing is cut or assembled. All material is shown in stock form. However, parts configured as prorated may show a partial size (see example in item #4).

Cut Size Packing List

This list is for shipping some pre-cut material and some parts in stock form. Parts configured to be cut will show their cut sizes, with the quantity at each size (see example in item #1 below). Only parts purchased by stock length or stock length spliceable can be configured to be cut (which also lists those parts on the optimized cut list); all other parts will appear in stock form, just as on the Stock Material Packing List.

If a the same part is being shipped in both stock form and cut size form, these will be listed as separate line items.

Assembled Frame Packing List

This is for pre-assembling and shipping fixed panels, door leafs and door frames, along with some pre-cut material and some parts in stock form.

Parts configured to be assembled are not shown individually on this packing list, but the assemblies themselves are listed. Parts not assembled are shown individually on the list.

Parts configured to be cut will show their cut sizes, just as on the Cut Size Packing List. Uncut parts will be shown in stock form, just as on the Stock Material Packing List.
